Lending a hand to the disabled community with virtual activities and programming.

OUR MISSION

The Virtual Hand offers virtual programs for adults with disabilities. Inspired by my Aunt Debbie, our programs provide unique, immersive and enjoyable opportunities for the disabled community. Post-pandemic, virtual programming will continue to play an important role in providing social and recreational activities for group homes in our area.

 

OUR PROGRAMS

Our programs include: 
Music concerts 
Dance parties
Dance classes
Yoga classes
Fitness classes
Arts & crafts 
Sing a longs 
Painting and art classes

How can you help?

There are many ways you can support our cause- volunteer to participate, help plan an event, lead an event, or donate items we need for classes and activities (such as musical instruments, art supplies, exercise balls, yoga mats, snacks, paint supplies and more).
